- Location, location, location is supposed to be that "everything" that everyone is looking for. And the hotel is located in a very nice and modern area off of I-285 only 12 miles from Atlanta and perfectly located if you are driving to Florida or states north. They have a location that is ideal for most everything that you are looking for and is convenient to everything you need in attractions, businesses, restaurants, shopping and access to highways. Interstates - I-285 one minute, I-75 four minutes, I-20 eight minutes, and I-85 only twelve minutes. Shopping - is around the "corner" at the Cumberland Mall and much more at the Perimeter Mall Restaurants - There are many within walking distance a Carrabba's Italian restaurant, Panda Express, Applebees.

Perfect staff, quick service from all employees, every room has a balcony and view as well as all the space u need. Breakfast is always hot and plentiful with multiple choices. Oh and the waffles! OMG! Gotta try the hotel just for the waffles! Lol

Spring Break Trip
Hotel is located in a great spot for those of us who love to get and shop. Check in and out was a breeze. I wasn't impressed with the room. There was a hold in the wall from the door. The sliding glass door would not latch. There was an odor in the room. The TV and internet worked GREAT!!!

Below Average
There was very limted WiFi in my room. There was also not a hard cable to run internet. With the limited WiFi, I ended up with a virus on my computer. When I checked in the room showed dirty on their computer, and it took about 20 minutes just to check in before he could find a clean room. They are about go through a renovation and the definitly need it.

New Hotel Experience
The staff was great. It is a new hotel, so there were little things that need improvements, but the location is great near Cumberland Mall and 20 minutes to downtown. Overall a good experience, and I like the fact that the rooms all had balconies to go out on. A definate plus. I would stay here again.

No hot water
On 12/25/10 it snowed! On the morning of 12/26/10 when I checked out, there was no hot water for a shower! I was told that management would call me. As of today, no one called...so I called them. They want to refund me $20.00. The inconvenience, (I had a two plane ride, "funky'), is worth more.

Great sleep, very clean.
It was short and sweet. I just really needed a good nights' sleep. The king-sized bed provided just that. Really enjoyed it.

What was expected
This hotel was just what I expected. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the hotel was clean with a very nice desk and relatively comfy couch in the single bed room. The breakfast was good and the exercise room was nice as well. The price was great for the hotel and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again!
