Great experience

Very nice atmosphere at this inn. The rooms were lovely nicely decorated and spotless. I can't say enough about the staff they couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed the breakfast, the free wine reception and the warm cookies at night. This inn was in a great location we walked to everything. Went to River St and the City Market both good places to visit. I'd stay here again!

We ate at Huey's, Anna's, River House Seafood, Shrimp Factory, B & D Burger, and Wild Wings. Had good meals at all those places. My favorite shops were Nourish, Matter of Factor and The Peanut Shop.

OK

Great location, but a few problems. Loud outside room in street. Bright lights outside, drapes did not block the light. Some issues w/ room (lamp bulb burned out). Some other issues. But great location for visiting river area.

Perfect location for Savannah Rock and Roll Marathon

This hotel was the perfect spot to stay for the marathon. It was within walking distance to the start and finish line. The staff was very friendly, they even set out bananas for the runners staying at the hotel the morning of the race. Will be staying here again next year for the race.

Anniversary visit to Savannah

We pulled up to the hotel in our car and Tom met us at the curb. He asked our name and radioed to the front desk that we had arrived. He helped us with our bags and we got checked in. The room was very comfortable and a nice size. The entire staff was very helpful about suggesting points of interest in the area and there are hundreds. Every day ice was delivered to the room. They have a little wine and cheese event every early afternoon.. The location is wonderful, there are many placed to dine in the immediate area. Very close to the riverfront and all its attractions. Many things are within walking distance so park your car and enjoy the walks. We did a river dinner cruise and enjoyed a number of the dining establishments. We also went to Henry's for breakfast every day. Henry's is located on the same block as the hotel and a great value. We have already decided to go back for another visit.

If looking for casual fare walk along the riverfront and follow your nose. Lots of nice places there.
