Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport

The hotel was perfect for a traveler en route to somewhere else. The room was very clean (newly built or renovated I would guess), the bed extremely comfortable, adjustable for firmness, choice of pillows. Bath was roomy, desk and chair good for work. Only drawback is that you have to pay for high-speed internet unless you are a Hilton Honors member (low-speed is free). This was a pilot fee program. The hotel has an in-house restaurant--good for travelers without a car--as well as snack store. Meals are cooked to order; breakfast is $10 (i.e., not included with room). My rate was great, but Savannah rates are extremely variable, depending on season and day of the week. Cleaner and more comfortable than most downtown hotels (except very high-end ones).

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and they went out of their way to get our room ready ahead of schedule.

Need a place to stay close to the airport, this is the place. The hotel shuttle van picked us up and dropped us off at the airport minutes away, even at 5 in the morning. The gym was adequate with a few equipment. The pool was outside. The hotel has a restaurant inside so we did not have to go anywhere.

The hotel looked brand new and was surrounded by several other hotels that all looked brand new. The surrounding area was nice and it was right off the interstate. The hotel was clean and staffed with nice and helpful staff. The hotel was close to the airport and not a far drive to downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. The pool was not very big or deep but was clean and not very crowded throughout the weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We were down for a funeral. The staff were very friendly, the facilities clean. For the price ($100 a night at a not very 'touristy' time and we stayed 6 nights) it would have been nice not to be billed for a toiletry item at the front desk. That seemed kind of petty. Also, continental b'fast should be included in the price. Most places do. Overall, it was a comfortable and positive experience. The staff is extremely friendly.

The front desk staff was awesome! Room was comfy....maid service lacked - but not awful. Did best when I left a little tip. Would stay again as it was appropriately distanced from several sites we visited.

This hotel was great for numerous reasons. I stayed here while attending a conference in historic Savannah. I chose this hotel as my base of operations, as our conference hotel was MUCH pricier. The drive into town every day was easy. The HGI is close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The workout room is convenient and clean, and the machines are sophisticated and in good repair. Tea and coffee are available 24/7, and cookies are also offered in the comfortable lobby afternoons and evenings. My friends at the conference were JEALOUS that MY room included complimentary high speed internet, a fridge, and microwave and theirs did not. The sleep number bed was FABULOUS- I had a wonderful rest every night.

The Hilton was okay. I guess my expectations were a little to high because I was a little disappointed because I expected the hotel to be a bit nicer since it is the Hilton. It was okay though.

The room was clean and spacious. We had dinner at the hotel resurant. Service was poor and slow. Food was not good.

Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, close to many places to eat, close to airport.
