An excellent stay close to all the areas we wanted to visit in the historical area and river side. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

thr trip and savannah were excellant. lots of shopping and lots of good food. however as i tried to e-mail you 3 times before we left one hour is not enough time in atlanta to catch the denver flight. we missed it and had to sit around the airport for seven hours to get to denver. no one took time to reply to my 3 e-mails regarding the time lag which didn't raise my confidence in [...]!!!!

Great stay!
Hotel was clean, and customer service was nice. Only issue was with valet parking not giving us a ticket which nearly caused the vehicle being towed. Issue was worked out but paying for the service aster that occurred irritated us.

okay, but NOT surpassing expectations
Staff was helpful, particularly the concierges. The lobby was welcoming and the layout and location of the hotel to all the attractions was great. However, the view and the noise level from the street was not the best (lucky I'm from NYC and used to noise). Also certain things about the room were not prestine given the hotel chain's reputation and regular costs, and with all the other options for breakfast and brunch the hotel might do better to include this with one's stay or up the anty for the cost. Although I am not against staying here again, not having amenities and certain expectations met giving Sheraton's overall reputation will make me look at other hotels that I saw in the area with better amenities and more bang for the buck.
