Affordable luxury overlooking the Savannah waterfront

The Doubletree Hotel, situated on the northwest corner of the downtown historic district, sits steps from the bustling City Market area and the eclectic shops, bars and restaurants of River Street. Guests of the hotel can easily explore Savannah's architecture, squares and gardens on foot or guided tour. The hotel offers a 24-hour business center and meeting space for up to 200 people. The onsite restaurant includes a full-service pub and serves classic southern fare all day.

excellent stay

We were on a long weekend vacation and after staying in Ft. Lauderdale we arrived in Savannah and we stayed at the Double tree Hilton and we enjoyed a wonderful experience with the Hotel and the city. From the price to the great room and the friendliness of the staff. We loved the fresh cookies...

good hotel

we had a nice stay in savannah on the way to florida staff was good. we liked the concierge she was such a nice older lady with much knowledge. she was eager to share.

we ate at the shrimp factory.. I would not recomend it if you are on a special diet.

Perfection <3

Friendly staff, clean huge room, beds like clouds. Walking distance from everywhere you'd want to go. Would definitely recommend. Great value.

Husband and wife getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree, in Savannah. The hotel is close to all the action. The City market is just a block away and a block in a half from River St. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay there again.

We did a lot of shopping at the City Market and on River St. The prices are fairly cheap

I will stay here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean , comfortable, and quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking around the historical district.

Vinny a go go's pizza was delicious. I even got a slice to go on my way to the airport.

Southern comfort

While the hotel itself is in a great location - you can walk anywhere - and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped; the staff is what makes this place shine. My husband and I were traveling with a samll trailer and the valet had no problem parking for us - and they offered to watch the items we were pulling! The hotel was also great about adjusting our reservation when we decided to stay another night but then had to cancel because of an emergency. They were easy to deal with, didn't slap us with any additional fees and always had a smile. We wouldn't hesitate recommending the doubletree to anyone.
