Wonderful experience! Great amenities for the value. Fun and helpful staff that remembers what to help you with without even writing it down. They get to know the faces that are staying there.

Service defintely not built into this hotel. May be cheap rates goes with bad service. Lousy house cleaning. Never in my whole 10 day stay my bed changed, even after pointing out to front desk. Rooms are dampy, gloomy, stuffy. No one greets or smile at you.

for some reason no trash cans or alram clock in room. Front desk clerk went above and beyond though setting me up for an early wake up call and calling my cell phone.

Mr son was on business trip, said it was noisy around motel. Met his purpose though. Price was good.

Spotless, clean and right off the highway for easy access.

The hotel served the purpose. I just needed a clean place to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel could use some "polishing" and updating. I've stayed in worse.

This hotel is not far from the GA400, which gives you easy access to both Sandy Springs and Alpharetta without having to pay a toll. It's surrounded by hills and beautiful trees. The homemade waffles for breakfast adds a nice touch and this complimentary breakfast saves expenses. Finally, if you're hungry, it's nice to have a Red Lobster next door.

As a small business owner Budget is important. Having stayed at Gaylord & DoubleTree Hotels for vacation, I knew this would not compare for service or amenities . Was I disapointed with this hotel- NO. I did not expect the same level of service or accomidations. Room and bathroom were clean, bed - comfortable, Carpet could be replaced. I expected a no frills 3 star hotel and I would rate it as a 3 star. The meeting I was attending took place at the DoubleTree across the street. Cost for the 2 nights would have been 4 times the price of the La Quinta.

When I first got there, I was disappointed. I had booked a nonsmoking room and ended up getting a smoking room and the whole hotel was just HOT! After getting settled in, I noticed the toilet in my room was plugged up too. I called down to the front desk, ready to complain, but before I could say more than "my toilet is stopped up" the man at the front desk ([...]) offered to upgrade my room for free and apologized repeatedly for the mishap. I got upgraded to a bigger room (nonsmoking) within ten minutes. In comparison with other hotels in the same area, this hotel was much quieter. I had stayed the the Best Western previously and it was very noisy. I could hear people talking in the hallways and in the other rooms. Also, with the "do not disturb" sign up, the house cleaning staff still came in the room (with us in there!). That never happened at La Quinta. We never heard any other guests or staff, and no one bothered us. house keeping also came later in the day, so we had a chance to get up and get out of the room for the day before they came knocking. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
