Nice Experience
Arrived to find that the reservation was for the wrong bed configuration. The staff person was very cordial and immediately corrected it. The room was clean, however, since we had a small dog with us, we were required to stay in a room that was Pet Friendly. The floor was stained and a small odor was detectable. I understand perhaps why they require pet owners to stay in certain rooms, but not all pet owners allow their pets to soil the room. The highlight was the free breakfast in the morning. Served until 10:00 for those of us who don't get up early. Also, included an assortment of eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, etc. VERY fresh and good

Awesome Deal
This is a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. We stay here a few times a year on our way from Florida to visit family in Ohio. You can't beat the value and when they give you a breakfast buffet for free that tops it off. You won't be disappointed if you stay because we never have been!

Poor Housekeeping
Upon check-in, I had noticed (without wearing my glasses)a long thick black hair about 18 inches long stretched out on the tiles between the shower head and the hot/cold faucet controls. I had called the front desk and explained the problem and requested for my bathroom/shower to be cleaned. I had left the room for the day and returned later that evening. The disgusting/gross thick black hair was still there! I had to go to the front desk and ask fir a second time to clean the shower tiles. I can only imagine about the filth that may be there that is not noticeable by the human eye!

Because we have a pet, it is very limited when it comes to hotel stay. This hotel was not fancy but clean.

i stay here often but now it is Ramada and there is a huge sign on the east side of I-75 showing a $59.99 room rate for seniors......I am 59....i paid 69.99 plus taxes and such for 80.03.....

Homeward Bound
