Nice Stay
My stay at Jameson Inn, Perry, Ga was nice. The room was very clean. A microwave and refrigerator were in the room, which is something you don't see many places unless you pay more. The location is very convenient. Very close to I-75, very close to Wal-Mart and several fast food restaurants.

Quick stop on I 75
Good clean motel, close to the interstate. Great price. will always stop there on my way to our cabin in the Smoky's.

Super nice Hotel
Stayed on 10-20-10 on my way to Florida,the place was so nice I reserved the same room for my return trip.Great service,friendly staff,clean room,very good breakfast.More stuff than I needed-Micro-wave fridge Iron&board hair dryer coffee maker a bunch of tv channels. A little pricey,but I've paid the same for some really trashy places so I really don't have a complaint. I'll stay again on return trips every time!!!

So much for Southern Hospitality!
The hotel is newer and looks very attractive. The rooms are small but clean. Small pool, only 5 ft deep. The biggest problem we had was the cold, aloof service; like we were an inconvenience instead of a customer. We were hoping to find out what "southern hospitality and legendary service" were, but we certainly didn't find it here. I would only recommend this hotel because of the great price and cleanliness.

Clean but unremarkable
Attended Arabian Horse Show at the Fairgrounds. Had a difficult time finding the hotel as it is stuck back behind the Howard Johnson. The room layout was pitiful with a tv in a console and then a refrigerator sitting by itself and a microwave on top of the fridge with no counter top at all. The decor was in serious need of help with a pink wall, 3 cream walls, a green rug and yellow curtains. The room was clean as was the bathroom.

The Swanson House in Downtown Perry on Carroll Street is absolutely charming. Located in an old house, it has tons of character and good Southern cooking. Staff is well trained and personable.

Better than expected!
It was lovely! I had a great place to relax after a hard day! The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the expressway!
