worst experience
Due to family issues, I couldn't go to this trip. Booked thru a travel site. It was 11:35 pm central time when I tried to cancel but was told that I can’t get the refund because it was 12:35 am in Atlanta. The travel site did try to cancel with the hotel but they did not consider it and refused. Even though on the hotel's website the free cancellation policy was till 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel website had the same rate available as well(plus hotel rewards point too), but even after finding that out, I stuck with the travel site, and this is what I got in the end! 67 dollars down the drain. I hated my whole experience, other travel sites have accomodated me in these situations in the past, even though the policy said something firm, there were flexible enough to make things work for me. I will never choose that travel site or Hyatt again for my travel needs.

Valentines' Day getaway
It was a very nice hotel. It was a lot stores and restaurants. I like the location. Very nice room with nice TVs. Nice sitting area. Hot breakfast is only on weekend and is completely overrated with limited selections. Overall I would recommend it.

Home away from home
We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly, rooms clean and it was located next to the highway and the mall. Breakfast options were different every morning and were very tasteful. I will definetly look for another Hyatt to stay at when out of town. Very satisfied family.

The free breakfast was great, but when I ordered room service for a late night snack it was awful. Eat dinner at a restaurant before snuggling into bed on an empty stomach.

Norcross Hyatt Place
I have stayed at this lodging a number of times when visiting Atlanta. It is an excellent value with very good breakfast, courteous staff, and quiet and peaceful surroundings. The location is good for north Atlanta.

Worst Hotel Experience
I have stayed at other Hyatt Place hotels but this has been the worst as far as the room aspect. As soon as we entered the room there was a smell, the walls were dirty and paint chipped. There was a part of the rug that had been cut out. The ironing board cover was stained. The bathroom's tub had mildew around the edge & the water would stop up in the tub when we took a shower. The bed cover had a stain on it. I was so unpleased by the uncleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning service didn't vacuum our floor, it still had food dropped on the floor from the day before. Plus, the hotel took $25 out of my account twice in case of an incident. It's a good location, the cost was great, and offered free breakfast.

Atlanta Getaway
The Hotel was lovely and comfortable. The Breakfast was fantastic. The only two points that disappointed was the location. It was in a nice area but far away from shopping and restaurants and the room had a musty smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A very nice area
This hotel is close enough to Atlanta yet far enough away to have a break from the city & the heavy traffic. Enjoyed the church bells from the Lutheran church across the street as well.
