No Politeness

The tub ran water really slowly Still very noisy even after 11 p. m. What's really ridiculous is the hotel staff didn't admit my orb order. She didn't admit the prize I got from Orb either. She asked me to go find any other hotel unless I pay with my credit card again. She let me in until I asked Orb to talk to her. Then she call me 'Hello' and let me in. Even not a sorry. Very rude. The hotel need to get more training about service.
