Average at Best for a Courtyard
For a Marriott Courtyard, this was not up to the standards I am used to for them. The accomodations were average. There was little sound proofing between the rooms. No elevators are available to tale your luggage up to 2nd floor. And at the backof the hotel it is more like the 3rd floor

Awesome customer service
Although our checkout time was noon, our business wouldn't be concluded until after 2:00. The woman at the front desk allowed us to leave our luggage with them so we wouldn't have to leave it in our car. The only drawback was that the breakfast buffet was a bit more than we were willing to spend. Even free coffee and bagels would have been nice.

Stay here and take MARTA into Atlanta from the Doraville Station. A 7 day pass costs less than two days parking in downtown Atlanta and you arrive in about 20 minutes.

The Forum is awesome great shopping, but I love to eat, J. Alexander's is my favorite any where I go.

Great Value, and Great Hotel
Wonderful, staff was friendly and no problems. Gf and I came down from Chicago for 3 days and got a great rate. Easy to access and not hard to find with our gps. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was quiet. Had a pool but didn't get a chance to use it. Wished I could have stayed longer. good distance from atlanta that made it easy to get downtown in under 30 min but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the city. Will def come here again.

check out the little 5 points area, Fox Bros BBQ is best BBQ in atlanta and Front Page News is a great bar type restaurant with good burgers and good music

Nice getaway
I enjoyed my stay. The check in went well. I was able to check in early. The hotel was close to some major restaurants and shopping. The rooms were cleaned daily. I even left a $25 tip. However there was no demand channels for the purchase of movies.

it is a great value, a 40% saving from everyone else.
I have a great deal from the on line shopping, at least 40% savings, the hotel is great value, everything is excellent, but there is a complain, the sewer is right on the parking lot, you may park on top of it, I park right next to it, it smell so bad, I thought it was some died animal right under my car and incidentally lock my key in the trunk.

The Train Station in Norcross and Hunan Inn in Embry Hills are both excellent restaurants that we use to frequent when we lived in Atlanta.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly.
Since we were visiting our son and his family, we only used the hotel to spend the night. It was a good location and the people were very friendly and efficient. The only thing I would ask is that there be at least one more grab bar in the shower and since the toilet is so low, there should be a grab bar close by. Also would be nice to have bottom sheets that stay tucked throughout the night.

We ate at Hunan Inn in Embry Hills for supper Thursday night and the owner was friendly and personable and the food delicious. We haven't found a Chinese Restaurant in Birmingham, AL to compare.
