DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I stayed one noght of a two night stay!! I got in town late, it was cold and I had to wait outside ringing the bell because the lobby was locked. That should have been my first clue, but to get to the point the room smelled horrible the bed was so uncomfortable i woke up twice, the microwave and mini-fridge didn't work, and the breakfest was a joke.

Deplorable customer service

After our recent stay here, 2 hrs into our road trip we realized I forgot my ipod on the bed in the room. We called and spoke to the girl at the desk and asked if she would have someone look in the room for it. Her reply was"I'm too busy, I can't do it". A second call to her was made and she said she searched the room and it wasn't there. 15 min later we called back and this time she said she found it on the floor after she told us that she looked everywhere and it was not there. There was no effort made to send it to us so we had to drive back 100 miles to pick it up. When we picked it up this young woman continued to be rood and argumentative to us. This is not customer service, it's a disgrace!!!!!!!!

Unbeatable location for the price

The hotel room was nice and clean. Furniture outdatedand hotwater pressure was low, the staff was very friendly. Flea Markets and good restaurants are very near.The room has an ironing board but no iron. Overall the stay was enjoyable and will visit again. Great for a short stay.

Our horrible hotel experience

This hotel is really horrible, messy, durty, with animals, Food really discusting. Ramada is usually good, but not this time so I will not trust a Ramada any more

friends and football weekend in ATL

I went to Atlanta for a football game, and to do some shopping. The hotel clerk was not friendly, she charged me $20 extra when i checked in because I had a pet, This fee was not mentioned when booking the room. The rooms were filthy, the sofa was so dirty I had to remove the other bed shhets to cover the furniture, and I had to go buy candles for the room because it smelled so bad, Please pass this review along, I do not encourage anyone to stay at this hotel

surprise birthday party

It was great we only stayed one night but it was a surprise birthday party and most of the family got to come and celebrate with me. all was good!

It was a okay stay

Hotel was great for the price. If you like taking baths instead of showers, it's the right place for you. The location is great for White Water visitors. The mattresses need, need some new ones, very old. . The pool was great

clean

It was quiet enough, clean enough. I did keep missing the entrance bc it sits down a little but if you remember that Super 8 is right next to it, no problem.
