Excellent location for all metro Atlanta attractions, events, ball games and concerts. CLose to Dobbins Air Reserve Base and Lockheed. Hotel is next to Cracker Barrel, an ideal location for business, pleasure, family reunions, church trips or visiting military families. All interior corridors, 3 stories with an elevator. FREE parking, FREE Deluxe Continental Breakfast, FREE local calls. Pet accomodation, 15 USD per pet, per night 100 USD refundable deposit at check-in. Pet limit, max 2 pets per room, max 50 lbs.

Terrible check-in / check-out process

I had to stand at the front desk trying to checkin for 40 minutes. It literally took 40 MINUTES before she finally let us go to our room, but then I had to go back down to the counter to make sure evrything was taken care of. After we got in the room, the room was comfortable and the beds clean, but there was mold growing on the walls of the shower and the hallways were hot and musty smelling. When we were checking out the next morning, guess what? A new desk clerk, but she could not check us out - so after a 20 minute wait the manager finally came out and told us we could go, he would take care of the problem. A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE OVERALL. . .
