You get what you pay for
I normally stay across the street at the Holiday Inn Express, but I thought I would save some money this trip, as the rooms here were half the price. They were half the price because they were half the value. Missed having a mini-fridge in the room, as I usually like to stock up on specific breakfast food items that require refrigeration. I stayed 4 nights, and on one of the days, housekeeping did not visit the room at all. I was gone ALL day, and was very disappointed when I got back to the room at 11:30 PM that the room had not been made up.

Ok. Needs to be updated. Bathrooms especially! Beds weren't too comfy with flat pillows.

Only OK but convenient
This motel is signficantly below the usual La Quinta standard, both from quality of property to the breakfast (which was the most meager I've seen at any motel lately). Staff that I met were rather brusque. The location was fine, but I would not call the visit one I'd recommend for this lodging brand.

The Cracker Barrel next door was horrible. My daughter's hamburger smelled fishy and had to be sent back. My water had a bug in it and my fried apples still had seeds.

Great! Fun time!
Great experience, terrible customer service, room was comfortable and sufficiently sized, the beds were comfortable, and the area was great. Hotel was a bit hard to find, but other than that, we had a great time.

NOT what I expected!
Needed a reasonable place to stay while passing through Atlanta area. This place was NOT what I thought! From my experience, most (if not all I've stayed at) LaQuinta's are interior hallways (something a female traveler likes)...this place had EXTERIOR entrances. I just didn't feel safe. The area was ok, but heard a LOT of outside noise, not to mention garbage truck/dumptster noise at 5am!!! Would not stay here again.

Despite bad hotel experience, ate at a restaurant in Rosewell(20 minute drive) called Relish...absoulutely DELISH!!! Great comfort food with a gourmet twist, reasonably priced. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.
