Unbeatable location for the price
We enjoyed our stay the price was great the maid service was good. The place was clean. Continental breakfast was a little skimpy not well equipped with food.

affordable
we are very happy we chose howard jhonson hotel, it was more than we expected its very close to downtown and interstate. Also the price is reasonable and the rooms are very clean. If we visit Atlanta again we'll choose this hotel again:)

Nice Place, Nice Price, Nothing Fancy
We needed a place to stay for 2 nights while helping our son move to his new condo. We wanted a jacuzzi room (to ease muscles from the 8 and 1/2 hour drive the 1st night and unloading of the truck the next day} as well as the ability to bring our little dog. Our late arrival was no problem, desk attended 24 hours. The price was very affordable for the area and the type of room we wanted. The breakfast was a little skimpy but better than nothing. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer, all the neccessary items for us! Jacuzzi was older but worked great. We didn't spend much time in the room, but we were able to relax, enjoy TV, and sleep well.

Sundial restaurant atop the westin is breathtaking. Fun for all ages. Reasonable prices at lunch. Excellent service.

Pretty Good for the Money
I enjoyed the front desk staff because they were attentive and professional. The hotel is safe and cheap. It is not a luxury hotel, but certainly doable.

hard to turn into after getting off I20
When getting off interstate you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic to make the left turn into hotel entrance. When leaving hotel, you can only turn right, no left turns allowed. Continental breakfast was not much.

Business Trip
The staff was friendly, the price was great, large clean rooms, older furniture and decorations, comfy beds. No mold was seen anywhere. The only two things that I didnt really like were that the pool was closed, and that breakfast was only served 6am-9am. This hotel was nicer than I expected for the price. It was in a safe and secure area too. There were cameras in the parking area, and the outside was well lit during the evening. Convenient access to the interstate. Mcdonalds and Ruby Tuesdays were within walking distance as well as a gas station. Didnt spend a lot of time at the hotel because I was there on business, but it was a good place to sleep. I would stay there again.

My stay at the hotel was okay. I booked a non smokers room. I don't think I received one. The scent was overwhelming. I like the fact that there was an ice maker and vending machine. Computer access wouldve been nice or at least WiFi. Overall it was a good stay. Staff was good
