Good and bad
When I arrived to the hotel, the upgrade that I paid for was not available, which was a king size bed and a view of the golf course. Instead, I was given two queen size beds with the view of the roof top. No effort was made to accommodate me even for the remaining days. I had to call in the morning after my first night stay and request the room that I had paid extra for. Finally, I was given the room that I paid for for the next two nights. The food in the restaurant that serves during the day was terrible. I paid $20.00 for a horrible lunch. From then on, I never ate in the hotel. Overall, it was not a completely bad stay and I would stay there again if I had to. Thanks, Betty M.

Great place for anyone who wants to play golf and enjoy an outdoor pool that is fairly private.

Very nice hotel
We were staying at the Marietta Conference Center for a wedding weekend. The hotel and the room were just wonderful. Nice linens and comfortable bed. Big fluffy towels and nice toiletries. The room rate was extremely reasonable. There was a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning and in the evening all of our group were able to gather in the pub.

A charming, beautiful historical hotel ,
Our reservation was cancelled even with a late check-in notice and even though I had called the hotel to let them know about our flight delay. We even had prepaid through the whole week. They found a room for us.I asked if it faced the golf course and she said yes. No it did not. We took it because they said they were completely booked, and it was non-smoking but the second floor had smoking rooms nearby and was constantly smoky. It came into our room through vents. When I told the front desk about the smoke problem, they were going to check into it but didn't tell us until later there were smoking rooms nearby. We thought the whole floor was non-smoking. A tour bus came in at about 6:30am then proceeded to back up, beep,beep,beep-loud enough to wake anyone that had a front facing room. We've had better service with our previous stays here.

Marietta Square is charming and historical and so is the hotel.I was helped by a relative, not the hotel. The hotel does provide magazines about the area and what current things are happening in Atlanta.

Not So Great a HILTON
NOISY!!!!!!!! Hallways that could be heard inside the rooms---slaming of doors and LOUD voices----too much partying in this hotel---definitely not a true HILTON at least nowhere near a 4 or 5 star. The hallways and common areas were not always clean and picked up. Smelly elevators.

Beautiful Place
It would have been more enjoyable if they issued the free weekend breakfast getaway perks from the start. [...] She reluctantly gave us the breakfast tickets. That was not well done. Everything else was great.

Weekend getaway
The hotel was very beautiful, with a ton of historical aspects. It was close to shopping, food and if your into hisory tons of that. However the staff was terrible!!! Very unprofessional when I called the hotel and when I checked in.
