Good location for the price

Check in was easy. The staff was very frendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed.Had a full kitchen but if you didn't want to cook, you had to drive about six miles to find a good restaurant. Would stay again.

My stay at ESA

The hotel was nice upon arrival, but check-in was a little odd. There was a sign stating that our key should be in a box in the lobby, but it was not, so we had to call someone from the back of the counter, which was already closed. The room was great when we first went in, but the bathroom was a little dirty.

The hotel was conviently located off the interstate, the rooms were decent and the check-in was quick and simple..

Good for the money

The TV was very small, but other than that, the hotel was great for the price. I would stay there again. Good location, close to all atractions.

hotel hell

I had to move rooms three times. Rooms did not have basic ameneties in them . Hotel was in the state of disrepair. My television burn up in the first room. The second room had no heat and the door could not lock. The last room that I was put into was near the exit door and the door had no hinge guards. Everytime someone came in and out of the door it slammed very loudly. The bathroom drains were also very slow running.

help

This hotel was a comfortable hotel a few years ago. Now , the hotel has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. I had to change rooms 3x because of broken appliances or appliances that were not working. there was only one working dryer out of 6 and many of the washers were broken. The kitchen items were missing in all of the rooms in which I stayed.My last room change put me in a room that was next to the stairs . The doors hinge was broken and the door slammed everytime someone came in and out of it. This hotel was Hotel Hell. The staff was the only bright side of it . The staff was very nice in whatever they could do to help.
