Sad experience
I was sorry we stayed In this place. I chose it because of past experiences with Fairfield Inns. This was bad. The room did not feel clean, this after asking for a second room because the first one was not tolerable. Don't stay here. I am sorry that we got there too late at night to look for a different place and had pre-paid.

Cherry Blossom Festival
A large youth group was checking in at the same time as we were, but because we had pre-registered online [...] the clerk interrupted her check-in procedure with the group to find our keys and welcome us. Breakfast the following morning was very busy but they opened a meeting room for the overflow. Good service and friendly staff. The bed was also very comfortable.

Short drive from hotel
Make sure you take the cherry blossom drive through Macon during the festival. It's beautiful.

Customer service at its finest!
It is always stressful to travel with 3 children(1yr, 5 yrs, and 12 yrs) but the staff of this hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we needed!
