Great little hidden place
This was my second stay here, the rooms are always clean, staff is nice and helpful, refrigerators and microwaves in each room, no complaints! Only thing is, they are really hidden behind a bunch of other hotels and can be extremely hard to find, but other than that, I will definitely go back!

Very nice hotel
We arrived late and left early on our way to Port Canaveral. Didn't really get to see anything but the office area and our room. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The hotel was very quiet on this night, and we slept very good. The continental breakfast wasn't bad in the morning. Just the basics: coffee, juice, milk, pastries, muffins, instant grits, cereal, and toast. Good hotel for the money on our stay!

I booked this hotel for my husband and his friend so they would have somewhere to stay during the Georgia/Florida weekend. Upon checking in, my husband was given a room with 1 king size bed. When booking I specified 2 doubles, and received a confirmation of such. My husband returned to the front desk where he was told that the hotel was booked and they could not change his room. They asked him if he specified the 2 doubles in his booking of the room. He called me and I sent him the confirmation with 2 doubles on it plain as day. He took the confirmation back down to the front desk and low and behold, there just so happens to be a room with 2 doubles available. How can a "completely booked" hotel go from not having any available 2 double rooms, to having 1 as soon as the confirmation was brought to the hotel employee's attention? I am very disappointed in this experience, and though I only paid a little over $100, I still expect customer service and someone willing to accommodate without having to go through a struggle.

GREAT place to stay!
I did not arrive at the hotel until after midnite. I had to call and wake up the proprietor because I could not find it. He was very kind and provided explicit directions. When I arrived the young woman was also very nice and gave me water, which I needed desparately after flying and being in airports for 18 hours! The hotel room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The room rate is unbelievably inexpensive AND comes with breakfast. You will NOT get a better deal anywhere!

Best Buy For The Money In Kingsland
Cozy, immaculate room. Quiet, convenient to dining and shopping. We were in Kingsland/St. Mary's for our grandson's first birthday. We normally stay at our son's house, but there were a lot of folks there, so we "moteled" it. The desk person at Magnolia Inn was pleasant and efficient. Continental breakfast was fine. The only minor drawback is that Magnolia Inn is tucked behind larger motels in the motel area of Kingsland. It is well worth seeking it out, however. If we need a motel in the Kingland/St. Marys area again, it will be Magnolia Inn.

inexpensive and good
The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. the continental breakfast was better than average, with boiled eggs and various breads as well as cereal, etc. It was recommended to me and I'd recommend it.

Great for the money
Check in was a little troublesome as they had a hard time finding my reservation, but once they found it, everything was great. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Very clean. Would definitely recommend. But don't plan on getting filled up at the continental breakfast...slim pickings even at 7:30 am.

Good for the price
This was not bad for the money. It was not dirty but could have been cleaner. One of the furnishings was damaged and the quality of the linens was reflected in the price but they were clean and did not smell bad. The bed was typical low cost but comfortable. This is not a bad place to stop for the night but I would not use it for an extended stay.
