Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw/Town Center

The rooms were just okay. I was charged 170.00 per night on [...] and the hotel charged me an additonal 20.00 for no reason after the fact. I reserved the room for my trip back home and the bill I was given was for 169.00 and then my card was billed an additonal 21.00 for ne reason. I will never use this hotel chain ever again. I figured what I was billed on the receipt given was final, I did not expect to see an additonal charge after I checked out.

The Residence Inn one bedroom suite with kitchenette was very spacious. We met family there and at times had at least 10 people comfortably sitting around. The breakfast buffet was better than most with an array of hot foods, fruits, hot and cold cereals etc. The location was great with a variety of restaurants nearby and seconds to the interstate. By far the best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. They furnished us with their own decks of playing cards when we decided on an impromptu game of rummy, responded within minutes of a request for more coffee, and helped us rearrange tables in the dining area for a surprise party for our daughter. They really went above and beyond. We have stayed here before and will certainly stay again.
