It was a visit to see our grandsons. This place is a testament to "you get what you pay for". One blanket in the room was so ragged it was scary. Unpainted walls and a bathroom fixture with no cover were signs that the La Quinta organization is not doing their job.

Pleasant, clean and friendly, good value
Stayed two nights. It was better in most ways than nearby value hotels that I had stayed at before. Good internet, better than average breakfast and air conditioning.

ORBITZ RESTRICTIONS
Service was friendly but limited due to booking from Orbitz. They were not able to give us hot water in our room for the 3 days we were there and were not able to give us the normal compensations for our inconveniences. They also notified us that if we had contacted them directly, we could have saved an additional $8 off per night.

Slightly above-average
I paid more for a non-smoking room; however, when I got there, I was placed in a smoking room. The front desk attendant advised that this was a problem with [...] and that I need to call them directly in the future. Also the website said fitness room, which only consisted of a treadmill and stationary bike.

Plenty of dining close by and there is a mall right across the street. Nice area.

not worth it
The La Quinta Inn Kennesaw, was not orth the money to stay. They said it was remodled but it stll looked old and run downed... I would not stay there gain.

Great swimming pool,and clean
The staff was wonderful on making sure that I had enough towels in the room for when I came back from swimming. The bathroom was great for my powerwheel chair. I had no problem getting around in my wheelchair. My experience was very satifactory.

very close to a huge movie theater, and all sorts of shopping,even a mall all within a short walk.
