It was average for its value the room was ordinary. The size of the room was great if you are traveling with a family or group. The overall look and feel of the room was a little old and dated there were stains on the carpet, wash basin had not been cleaned last time and tooth paste stain from last user. Quality of cable was average at best. I had asked for a king bed but was given a double double, the comfort of the bed was okay.

There are a lot of eating/dinning places within a walking distance from casual fast food to chillie's to more upscale. There is a very good sushi bar within walking distance.

Excellent!
We went to a concert while in Duluth and chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of everything. This hotel was very clean, friendly, and inviting. The bed was amazingly comfortable for a hotel bed. The shower was nice and hot and clean. The room was spacious, relaxing, and furnishings were up to date. The 42" flat screen was a nice touch. This hotel was a great deal for the low price and proximity to places of interest. We will DEFINITELY visit again.

Wild Bill's is within walking distance and a great club to relax, enjoy a drink and some good music. Price was right as well!

Completely happy with stay. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, and great price. We went to a concert close to the hotel and was headed back late. I called the front desk to see if they were still serving food and the representative offered to prepare whatever we wanted - even at 1:00 am! Nice pool area as well.

Nice Hotel and Location
The hotel was decent and in a good location. There was nothing really over the top about this hotel but it was a great hotel for the price. I would recommend this hotel.

awful
the bathroom is too small, cant barely open the door widely to enter. The room is very noisy. need to deposit money upfrotn cuz the hotel affraid of we would damage the room, what the heck is this policy come from?

Great location
Stayed while visiting family. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of shopping areas close by some within walking distance. Room clean and comfortable. I will stay there again on my next visit.

Great stay!
Visited family during xmas...great value, great location on main shopping strip next to mall and dining options. Easy access to I85. Free breakfast daily included good free options..hot meals are extra but servings are large..my husband and i shared a hot plate and was satisfied. Bathrooms VERY small and tub needed to be re-glazed but water pressure n shower made u forget about it!! Great shower! Staff was cheerful and helpful; hotel was very clean and quite.
