coldshower
No hot water
We stayed at the Courtyard last weekend for two nights. We woke up Saturday morning to have just lukewarm water to shower with and Sunday morning we had to shower in cold water. And I mean COLD water - not even a hint of heat to it! We called the front desk to report the problem and the lady said she will look into it and call us back - we never heard from the front desk again so upon check out I mentioned the problem again and she asked if we want a manager to call us. I said yes and left my number with the lady. I am still waiting to hear from the hotel manager. I am disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. Marriott is always our preferred hotel when we travel so this issue not being addressed is very substandard to me.

Exactly as expected
Check in was easy and room was ready. We arrived on Christmas Eve, so they had less staff on duty, however they were friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool was bath water warm, which was great getting in, but freezing once out. This hotel is typical of the chain, there were no really good surprises, but no really bad ones either. If you like Courtyard hotels, then you will like this one also. Location is ok, lots of hotels and a few restaurants nearby, but we did not explore the area as we had another long drive ahead the next day.
