friendly and willing staff

We travel frequently for business staying in a lot of hotel rooms. While the room and property overall were clean and up to the standards of this brand, the staff made our stay one of the best experiences we've had. The woman that checked us in was so incredibly friendly and willing to help us, the breakfast hostess was warm and inviting, the maid in the hall was friendly, the woman at check out was friendly. All in all, every encounter was a pleasure. It appeared each person really wanted to make the guests feel like guests. We know a few properties that could benefit from time spent with these people!
