Wyndham Garden Columbus/Fort Benning

In a good location on the North Side of Columbus, GA on one of the main thuroughfares, Veterans pkwy, and just off of I-85 for a straight shot into Fort Benning. Local to a bunch of chain restaurants and about 15 minutes from the downtown for the good stuff. Well kept, decent hot breakfast, quiet rooms, comfy beds. Looked recently updated. Only draw back is that there is no light to get out from the court to Veterans pkwy, traffic isn't too bad, but you may have to wait a little at peak hours and depending on how good of a driver is in front of you...

This hotel was nice and clean, the staff was great...a lot farther away than I expect it to be but easy to get to...a little tougher getn out of due to high traffic on veterans...the only other issue I have is the room comes with refrigerators...but no microwave for late night meals. Overall it was worth it to stay there, I was givin the option of what floor I wanted to be on...there was a baseball tournament in town but you would have never known any of the kids were staying in the same hotel.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden when I was in town for a Fort Benning graduation. It's a little ways from the base, but right off of I85 and an easy drive. The room was great, the hotel staff was very helpful, and the hotel is located near tons of stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

I fly down to see my son at Ft Benning a couple times a year and they have all size rooms for whoever we bring down. I have taken a liking to this hotel because of it being modern, clean, friendly and the hot breakfast is great. Its close to everything we need to get too.

The hotel was great...very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

After spending the first night at this hotel,my family left to spend the day with our son at Ft Benning,we returned to our room that had not been touched by maid sevice.After reporting my findindings to the front desk I was told housekeeping had left and I would have to change my own sheets and make my own bed! Are you kidding? They were kind enough to replace the used towels that were still in the shower with clean ones. This is unexceptable and we will not be returning to this hotel in June when my son graduates! Think twice about booking with this hotel....the cost does NOT include maid service!!!!!

The staff was very pleasent, from the front desk to housekeeping. The room was also very nice and clean, great bathroom as well. The swimming pool was very small and there was not a hot tub : (. The breakfast was very limited on hot food. Although they had plenty of ceral, bagels, and yogert. The hotel was a good value and was in a great location. Off from the busy road with a desent view of the trees. It was only min. from I-85 and about 10-15 min from Fort Benning. The hotel was also very close to shopping and dinning. I would stay again, no problem.

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely plaesant and helpful. The only complaint I had that the gym only had one working tredmill, but they did allow us free access to an outside gym.
