The hotel was great. We booked it because of other reviews and found it to be just as reviewed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to help with anything. The next time we are down in Columbus we will be staying there for sure

Thanksgiving ideaway
The hotel and the staff were great! We will definitely be back. We recommend this hotel to others especially those who need to travel in and around north Columbus as well as need to be close to the highway.

Room not made up
Took forever to check in! Lots of staring at the computer screen. Two people ahead of me and it took 30 minutes. Stayed two nites and was gone over 12 hours and returned to find the room not made up, no towels etc!

Family day experience
We spent "family day" weekend here with our soldier. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Location to all the eats and shopping was amazing! Spa, nail salon, movie cinema, beer store, shops, grocery and restaurants all within about a mile and 1/2

Short drive from hotel
Many theatres within a small radius, one of which was extreamly affordable! Locate by the mall, just 6 miles from the hotel. For three of us we paid a total of 7.50 (2.50 each)....that's about half the price of one admission back home.

Try Cheddars restuarant, it has fantastic food, and lots of it for the money!

Great Trip!
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast consisted of eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, bagels and muffins. From the hotel It took us around 30 minutes to get to the army base. Overall it was a great stay!
