Friendly staff, nice decor. Better than what I expected for the price. Great place to stay if you are traveling on a budget.

We were there for my sons graduation from basic training. The room was great. Clean, comfortable, nice pool. Staff was extremely friendly and very willing to give directions to anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere. We would definately use this hotel again.

Our hotel upgraded us as we thought we were getting a non-smoking room, only to find it was actually a smoking room. I worried about my daughters' sensitivity to smoke and the hotel offered an upgrade at the same cost. Of course, that was nice, but the pool being out-of-service was a bummer. The breakfast wasn't hot and had to be microwaved on site. But, it was satisfying, not tasty, just satisfying. The help at the hotel was nice. The room was clean and nothing wrong at all. It is centrally located to the college area and shopping is a quick ride up the street. All-in-all, a fair stay at a jacked-up price, like all the others.

First off, [...]at the front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms were a little small and I saw a couple of crawlers in the room but nothing bad. The room overall was clean. It was mainly to sleep in since we were out most of the time and that's exactly what these rooms are for. Nothing exciting about it but would stay there again if needed to. Breakfast was good too.

I didn't have to complaint about. The location is accessible and the place comfortable for a home away from home. Concerning the customer care that was excellent

I requested a non-smoking room; however, I was put in a smoking room. The whole hallway smelled like a 5-alram fire had taken place. The A/C was off when I walked in the room, it was very hot and unbearable. The desk clerk said that was the whole room available. Luckily, I was able to open my window a little bit. The view from the room was awful. It consisted of trees and an abandon looking house. 2 hours later, I decided to take a shower, and discovered a roach in the shower. Later on while watching TV I saw another roach crawl down the wall. The room was very clean and nice, but between the roaches and smoke, I was not pleased. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat, stuffy nose, and a headache.
