Not a good weekend
This room was prepaid at least 3 weeks in advance. The hotel staff was polite, but made sure we knew that they were expecting a large crowd and was stretched to capacity. We had to move to 4 different rooms to find one that was acceptable. We were told that if that room was not to our satisfaction they would not move us again. (Odd customer service). The room was acceptable. Our next issue happened when our door suddenly opened. It appears that the front desk gave room keys to another person because they forgot to put our final room move into the computer. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. I asked for 2 additional pillows and was told I could only have was is in the room. If it was not for the prepaid issue and the lack of decent rooms available at another hotel in the area, we would have moved after room #3. There was no offer of compensation for our ordeal, although we spoke with a Manager. We will NEVER stay there again!

Very Average
Nothing special about the room. It was not as clean as it could have been. I saw a lot of hairs in the shower that did not belong to me. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other option. SN: Don't be fool by the nice pictures on the website

The room was decent. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was free. Location was perfect for uptown. I thought it was a good value

Great place to stay
had a great stay here. Hotel staff was very helpful. love the beds they are soft not like some of the 4 &5 star hotel I have stayed at. The hotel an older hotel has some ware but is clean. I read some of the reviews about the noise from the main st. that runs by never heard a thing. I liked it weel enough I am staying there again today a week later and will be back in two weeks. great value for your money.

Filthy...don't stay here
Smelled of stale smoke, outdated, dirty, poor parking, continental breakfast gone an hour into service.

WRONG LOCATION
THE HOTEL IS ON THE MAIN STREET IN COLUMBUS. SO WE DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. WE HEARD EVERY LARGE TRUCK. MOTORCYCLE AND POLICE.

Good breakfast!
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean but a little dated. Location was easy to find but parking was limited. Average hotel for an average price.
