Fantastic basic training graduation stay
The staff was extraordinarily friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We were visiting to celebrate my son's graduation from basic training and Country Inn contributed to a very good and relaxing mini get away. There were a number of restaurants and shopping opportunities near by.

Major Soldier Mom
One time experience
The staff was very nice; great Southern hospitality. The location worked well for travel back and forth to Fort Benning and there was a great variety of restaurants and service stores, ie Target, grocery, etc... The hotel was very small with limited amenities. Our room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and the bedding was stained and/or ripped; prompting and immediate request to have it changed. Unfortunately, our last night stay was ruined with the sound of kids running back and forth down the hall for hours at a time. Additionally, cigarette and marijuana smoke overwhelmed us from guests in the neighboring room (its a non-smoking hotel). And their room door opened and slammed for hours in the middle of the night. I don't know if the staff was aware of it, but we finally had to complain by 3 am and the issue ceased about 30-40 minutes later.

The Cracker Barrel just around the corner was awesome. Also Shogun Hibachi was amazing. Great food and great service.

Adequate
If the hot tub had been up and running it would have received higher ratings. Breakfast was nice. Very good location for our sons graduation from basic training at Ft. Benning

Graduation from BCT
The overall experience was great! The only complaint I have is that we requested a roll-away bed for the third person in our room 4 times and never received it. Other than that no complaints, great room, amenities, breakfast, and staff :-) Will most likely stay with them again in July when my soldier graduates from AIT.

Mixed. Suites are large, clean, and comfortable. Several small things had problems - safe was locked so couldn't be used - didn't get opened for a day; coffee maker didn't work; toilet leaked (we reported it finally and were moved to another room); thermostat didn't work. Hot tub could have been cleaner; pool was very clean but extremely cold. They were doing repairs to this area when we left.

Lots of places to eat close to the hotel. Fast food and dine in restaurants. Don't bother to eat at the hotel - breakfast was not that good and they didn't serve anything else.

Fort Benning Graduation
The hotel was amazing my kids loved the pool I loved the Jacuzzi. The rooms were great the beds were amazing. My sons father And his family came to our hotel to visit and ended up changing from their hotel the quality inn to our hotel because it was gorgeous if I go to Fort Benning again I will DEFINITELY stay here.

Great central location to Ft. Benning, airport, shopping & restaurants.
Clean, affordable and exactly what we were looking for. Staff are top rate and very helpful. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk waiting for us at night!

Very nice stay!
Staff was wonderful, room was great! Only concern was with finding the place. I drove past it over and over until I called the hotel and had to get directions.
