Staff was superb!
The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The breakfast bar was VERY well maintained and the lady that managed it was Fabulous! Cleaning up and restocking the whole time. The night manager was super freindly and was STILL freindly when I saw him the next morning!! I would definitely stay with y'all again!

Impressed by cleanliness & other nice things
We were near the housekeeping area and walked past several times. All their equipment was clean, labelled and in order. I was very impressed. Even the large trash cans used to empty the trash from all the rooms were clean. Kudos!!!!! The location was great. Came out of the airport, went straight down the highway, got off just a few exits later (within five to seven minutes) and there we were. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast was nice as well. Not just continental breakfast of coffee and donuts. It actually was a breakfast.

Great for Infantry Graduation
The staff was attentive to the guests. The Contenental Breakfast was good. Location right off the highway. The Mexican Restaurant in the Parking Lot has a GREAT lunch buffet and decent dinner.

Trip to see my husband
We went down to see my husband who is training in the army in GA. The hotel was great. The people were very friendly. The room was really clean and looked great when we first got there. The AC in our room was also turned on prior to us arriving which was great bc it was very hot outside and i had a cranky toddler that needed to cool down. It was close to the base which was great for us. We are staying there again when my husband gets to graduate.

Friend of Army grad
Great for graduation
Overall stay was good. Wifi was slow, and inconsistant. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small. Ice machines were not working. Breakfast offerings were good and kept stocked.

Great !!
Great - clean, convenient, easy check in = check out. Worked out great for us, price was good. Will do this one again. Easy on off interstate.

Great stay, Affordable Price
Had a great stay at the Best Western in Columbus. The room was very clean and the housekeeping did a great job keeping up over the few days I stayed there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Continental breakfast was GREAT - by far one of the best I've seen yet. And as soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk associate was extremely helpful - AND called my room within 5 minutes to make sure the room was to my liking! Now that's great service.

Great Stay!!!!
Going to see my son at his Fort Benning graduation from Recruit training. When i arrived i had my room key in my hand in less than a minute. Everything was arranged and ready. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very adequate...love them waffles. places nearby to eat if you are a foot. One thing would be nice is if staff knew ways for a person to get to Fort Benning. I was very pleased though with my stay.

Sightseeing tip:

National History Museum is a world class destination. Well worth checking out. Restaurant there was packed so we didn't get to try but i am sure it is good. Imax theater is also world class as well and yes i have traveled half the world.
