The hotel has been remodeled and looked nice, you can tell it is older by the bathrooms. I had reserved a king bed but got a queen. I was tired and didn't question it though. There is a lot of noise from the airport and the security hook on the door was missing a piece and was not operable.

Very Friendly
Love the staff here! Hampton Inn is always a great value for the price. Even though this is right next to the airport there was little to no sound in the room.

Ruby Tuesdays is caddy corner is across the parking lot, and the bar staff there are wonderful!

Good location, very comfort bed
As other Hampton Inn, this one at Atlanta airport let us feel comfort to stay with,good location, welcoming check in staff, smiling people, very very comfort bed and pillows, bright light and all others, we would stay in the Hampton next. Would be perfect if had fresh fruits or more choices of cooked meat or egges. Thanks

Room worked well & was a good value. Breakfast was very good. Room had hide-a-bed sofa but we had to move furniture to make room to open it. Smaller than we expected. Staff was very good. We would stay there again for convenience to Atlanta Airport.

There must be a better choice
Room was clean and well equipped. The original room I had had a bad door which wouldn't open or close and they were reluctant to change it because they were at capacity. The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was cold. The shuttle wervice from the airport is also not very good. Another shuttle took me to the hotel. The morning shuttle was fine. There is also very limited vending so that when you come in as I did on a late flight there is nothing to eat.

Had one staff attending to the desk. Was put on hold more than 15 mins when I called in from the airport just to ask a question when the shuttle was coming. At the hotel had to wait more than half hour just to check in. Waiting is ok but not when you are coming in from a long trip. The hotel needs to have at least 2 people at the desk. One person is not enough.

60-minute man reduced to 30-second walk.
"Home on the Air Hub"
Staff strives to make guests feel at home - at ease - they appear to appreciate that you are "passing thru" to your final destination and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed!! While food is in the area, you've got a great Ruby Tuesday conveniently across the street. Besides, 2 blocks away is a great nightspot!
