A Convenient and Comfortable Place to Stay
I really like this place. One thing not rated is safety and I would give this hotel a nice rating on that as well. It's very close to the airport but I didn't hear one airplane during our stay.

convienent to airport
The shuttle was ready when we were. Very friendly welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Suited our needs perfectly.

Very convenient!
Near the airport, took 6-7 minutes to get to the airport drop-off. Rooms are pretty clean, the breakfast is surprisingly very very good :) Good reasonable prices! The staff needs to be a little bit more friendlier! It won't hurt!

Relaxing Stay
I was welcomed very nicely by the night counter lady which I forgot her name and she was very friendly and helpful. Things changed that morning with the morning counter person who acted like she did not want to help at all. I am not from Atlanta and asked for directions and she was not much help at all. Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed the comfort of the room.

good time in ATL
I like this hotel...tthe room is clean, and the price is worthy for the room I got. 20 mins driving to the airport and shopping mall. if i be back to Atlanta, i will stay at this hotel again.

Good overall experience!
Probably the thing I dread most is wondering how comfortable the bed will be. I slept pretty well on this one! The other anxiety I have is will they call when I ask for a wake-up call. I left a 4:00AM request and they called me at 4:05AM. . The staff was friendly and conversive. The shuttle left on time. The driver was knowledgeable and gave me directions without my asking. Now the complaints (minor though they be). There was no clock in Rm 314. If I didn't have a time piece, the only alternative was the TV Guide channel. Ice and vending machines were either on the 2nd or 4th floor. I was on the 3rd. Carpet is stained (but not dirty#. The cleaning lady only understood minimal english #or maybe feigned ignorance), either way when I asked where the vending machines were she just looked at me. I used the words Pepsi, soda, Coke, pop. When I said ice, she said 2nd floor. All in all, the staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, got a timely wake up call, shuttle got me to the airport, and now I'm home. As a friend of mine used to say "Pretty not bad!"
