Saw the motel listed on the USMLE website. Close to the Atlanta test centre and they understand that you're there to sit for ... the exam. Friendly staff and they even drove me to the test centre 500m away! Breakfast opens at 0600 to let you digest the food before the big quiz. Wish the step 2 cs was as easy as the motel stay.

Walk to the USMLE test centre if you're up to it. After the exam, the motel is a 10min walk back. They'll keep your bags after you check out and shuttle you to the airport if needed after the test finishes.

We needed a place close to atlanta airport that was restful and inexpensive. That we got. The pool had leaves in it and the ... toilet bowl was cracked but all and all our room served our purpose.

MacDonalds is within walking distance and a short drive to Ruby Tuesdays. Although the portion of food at Ruby Tuesdays left us both still hungry

This hotel was perfect for us because it is only a 5 min easy drive to the College Park rail stop which offers free day parking and a 15 min traffic-free trip straight into the heart of Atlanta.

Decent stay

First time at Best Western...not impressed, but it wasn't horrible. Had two 'issues' The room stunk... I thought it was a ... temporary thing, but it didn't go away after an hour. Because I had a lot of stuff with me, I didn't feel like moving to another room. So, I asked the first desk for some Lysol...she reluctantly gave it to me. I sprayed half the can throughout the entire room and left the door open for about an hour...didn't really work. I turned off the A/C and the smell went away...go figure. Secondly, the room was overly humid...reminded me of the rooms in beach hotels... where everything feels damp. BUT I WASN'T ON THE BEACH. I left some bills that I had just gotten from an ATM on the table and after a while, the money seemed like it was dipped in water. I wasn't really there for 'hotel luxury' so it wasn't too bad. But probably won't go back unless necessary. If I'm going to get 3 star quality, I should only have to pay 3 star prices :-/

I was staying there for an exam that was close by, so the location was perfect. You could also easily take the airport ... shuttle to the airport and take the MARTA into Atlanta. What I liked best were the incredibly friendly staff! They made my stay very enjoyable.

My husband and I were in Atlanta for a convention and needed a hotel that was less expensive the ones downtown. The hotel ... itself is older and is very quiet despite being close to the Atlanta International Airport. The biggest disadvantage was that our room smelled odd, like old cucumbers. After four days the smell, which may have been the air conditioner, began to lessen but was still there. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has 5 floors and only 1 elevator which was only an issue at checkout time. Our entire floor was non-smoking which was nice. Our room had a king bed, a couch, a desk, a large 4 drawer dresser which held a TV, 3 side tables with lamps, a coffee table, 2 chairs, a microwave, a mini fridge, a full sized ironing board with iron, a hair dryer, and a coffee maker. One of our favorite features was the free high speed internet. There was a continental breakfast available from 6-9AM but we did not take advantage of it. The hotel staff was very distracted although not unfriendly. I had to wait at least 5 min at check-in and checkout before anyone acknowledged me, although there was someone sitting behind the desk having a private phone conversation both times. For $51/night + tax you really can't beat it. Overall, we were satisfied and would probably stay here again.

we came to atlanta for a wedding.the outside was very nice looking. the interior was also nice except for flat cushions on ... all furniture. in the room it was clean also it had a sleeper bed with flat cushions, the room stayed humid but cool, this made every thing feel damp-bedding any clothing left out in the room, the staff was great, very pleasant.

We stayed 1 night before our flight and 1 night after our vacation, theytook us and picked us up at the airport, and no ... waiting. The hotel & the service was great. The bed was also great and the room clean. Have no complaints. thank you.

Check in staff was unfriendly and not helpful when asked about local information. After changing into swimsuits to go soak in ... the hot tub and have a swim, we only got downstairs to the pool area to find out it was closed down by the city health department! The rooms themselves were extra large.

Head to Jonesboro town to see some great history and Gone With the Wind memorabilia. Be sure to stop in at the Stately Oaks Plantation. The folks at the Road to Tara museum were very friendly and welcoming!

This is a good hotel for a quick overnight stay. However, if you are looking to go out for a nice dinner, plan ahead! And, ... plan to drive unless a nice meal to you is church's chicken. The only restaurant in the area was across the street. It was touted as a "nice Italian place". Let's just say, bad service, below average food, and didn't notice the 84 cleanliness rating until we had eaten. $50 later, I left hungry. Nice hotel, nice staff,good continental bkfst, and good price for quick visit.

my boyfriend and i went to atlanta on vacation to check out the city and spend time with his family. the experience at the ... hotel was nice. We had a peaceful stay. -could step it up on the continental breakfast however i have no complaints
