We stayed for a week two months ago and a week this time. The staff had changed dramatically. The morning papers seemed to be fewer in number and never showed up at all one day. The weather sheet in the elevator was not changed. The morning wake up call never happened. Still not a bad value.

Disney Trip 2013
It was good. They didn't have two rooms together, so they put us on one floor and our mothers on another. Wasn't really thrilled with that, but they said they had to do that. Beds weren't very comfortable, but o.k. we didn't try to the Free Wi-fi, because front desk had several people that were experiencing all kinds of problems, we just decided to go ahead and go to bed.

Disney Trip 2013
Everything was good, except we were traveling with our mothers and wanted rooms together. They put us on one floor and them on the other. Breakfast was good, our beds were a little saggy, but our mothers said theirs was fine. All in all, not bad, not sure if we'd stay here again, but for the money, it was o.k.

Great for family!
