Good New Year's visit!
We stay at the Jameson every time we go to Brunswick. It's near St. Simon's island, but a much better price than the hotels on the island. There's a good Mexican restaurant across the street, and a very nice mall is nearby. Breakfast is included in the room price and the staff is very friendly, too.

ORBITZ - Jameson Inn Brunswick
The experience was poor. It started with either [...] or the Jameson for not properly handling the reservation. Only after I called to confirm did i discover (7/5) that the hotel did not have the reservation (online 5/31) for (7/9) check-in, [...]1. Then upon arrival (after confirming) it was only for (1) room in lieu of the (2) reserved. The room(s) were dirty, roaches, run down. The Jameson staff seemed incompetent. The breakfast was dismal. The pool was cloudy.

Nice for the price!
Room was very clean, grounds were well-kept. It had a nice pool, too, and I really liked the nearby shopping and restaurants. We went to St. Simons Island while we were there and it was about a 15-minute drive to the beach. We were very pleased and will definitely stay there again next time we plan a trip to the beach.

Right for the price
The quality and services were right for the money. However there were no information on area attractions and the breakfast wasn't as pictured. But, like I said, the services were right for the price. Also, the employees were very helpful with directions. I was overall pleased.

ok stay
The hotel was not up to par as i would have expected it to be. it was dirty and smell bad. It had roaches in the room. Will not stay at another Jameson Inn again. Hotel could use a makeover.

bad day
well! the 2nd day the housekeeper came and knocked on the door. I said not now... she came back a little later... Again I was not able to go to the door; no service today please. She said this... Come to the door and sign my paper. What the heck????!!!! On top of that... no ice; dirty room;trash can by the stairs was stinking so much that you would want to throw-up. [...].... I am done...

Happy couple
Pleasantly suprised
We were very suprised by our stay at the Jameson inn. The king room was bigger than expected and very clean. We were also very happy to have a large whirlpool tub in our room.

Restful & quiet getaway
The room was neat & clean except that the drain in the sink and shower did not work properly. The location was very good as I was visiting my husband in the hospital. The atmosphere was serene & quiet and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

Nice place
We had a good experience. We arrived late and checked out the next day. The continental breakfast wasn't that wonerful.
