Perfect stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Brunswick Park hotel. The room was very nice. modern, and clean. Also, the complimentary breakfast was the cleanest and most organized that I've ever seen. The lady stocking the breakfast was great and very efficient.

Stay away from the Brunswick Park Hotel!
Claimed they didn't have our reservation. Were very rude. Just turned away from us. They did not make any effort to help us. We had to go to another hotel.

Terrible Stay
Upon checking in the king size room was not available only a queen size. I said I would wait for a king size room to be cleaned. The very nice and patient desk agent said the housekeeping staff was gone for the day. It was 4PM. Upon entering the queen size room, it smelled of smoke. I was assigned the room next door which lacked a microwave and refrigerator as advertised. I went to the desk to complain and was told I could be moved to another room. Since I'd already unloaded the car and moved everything into the room I said never mind. I went back to the room and the keys didn't work. Back to the front desk. This time I spoke with the general manager. We talked for 30 minutes. He's a very understanding guy. He said if I'd made my reservation directly with the hotel he could compensate me but since I'd done it online there wasn't anything he could do to help me. So, obviously, that's why I'm hoping he is wrong and you folks will see to it that I am compensated for my most unpleasant experience at this hotel.

Awesome overnight stay
The hotel staff was awesome! This was our first road trip and she helped us a lot and was very friendly. The room itself exceeded our expectations for the price was so low so we weren't expecting anything great. But we had a king bed room and it was designed very nicely, really comfortable bed, big bathroom, a place a would definitely recommend!

Great location for our Lighthouse visit
Our primary destination was the St Simon's lighthouse. Beautiful experience. We had a bit of a bad experience at the Millhouse Steakhouse; minor set back. Your staff was wonderful; would recommend your facility.

good deal
the room was clean and comfortable, though a little smaller than the photos led us to believe. the only negative was a strong smell in the room which wasn't very nice. but other than that i think it was a great stay with a really good breakfast

Disappointing
Rooms were rather small. Furniture and fixtures were getting old and used. The room safe was not even secured to the wall or floor. The lobby were breakfast was served was small and unattractive. Given the number of other hotels in the same area I don't believe I would stay there again.
