Nice place to stay
I was very happy to be able to land a room so close to Georgia Southern. We made an impromptu visit to our grandson at school. The pricing was great, and the room was, as well.

hotel was overall in need of repair and new items my room was missing tile qrout the bed dust ruffel was badly torn and none of the game or internet key board worked the spa was empty and being used as storage overall i would stay there again

Beekeeper On Duty
Overnight stay
I selected this hotel out of many for an overnight stay for an early morning appointment in the area. All I wanted was a indoor pool, comfy bed and warm breakfast. The pool was closed. The bed was clean and semi comfy. The breakfast was lukewarm however i did enjoy the waffle. other criticism would be that whole place was freezing. The heater in room worked but took a while to get it warm. The front desk staff was helpful and cheery. Our clean up lady was very nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service
Despite calling to confirm our reservation twice, the hotel did not have the room we had reserved. The front desk clerk stated she had only been working there a few days. I requested to speak to the manager via phone and she told me at 9pm that I needed to settle this claim with the third party payer because there was nothing they could do. I asked if they had an extra rolling bed for our room and this was also not possible. The manager did not take initiative to assist us any further. We had an very long ironman triathlon event the next morning and one of us had to sleep on the floor. Unacceptable service. Very dissatisfied customer.

Business Trip
The elevator was dirty and the 2nd floor button was stuck on for the duration of my 2 night stay. The business center light was burned out and they had no toner in the printer. Fortunately the desk clerk printed my boarding passes for me. The tiny soaking pool was out of order for duration of my stay. My impression is that this hotel needs maintanence but it's being deferred due to poor managment or cashflow. Positives: The breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and the a/c was cool. Would I stay here again? No. Their are newer hotels nearby. This one needs cleaning up and attention to detail and some repairs made.
