the beds were super comfortable. The only problem was that I booked a king bed and got 2 full beds. They were going to switch our rooms but they were booked. But over all it's was quite pleasant.

Slept like a baby
The room was spacious and clean. We loved the cushy bed. We slept like a baby. Towels were nice and thick. We loved the small frig/freezer combo. The one thing they need to drastically fix is the free "Hot Breakfast Bar". It was bad - cooked food was cold or like rubber. Breads were hard like day old stuff. The only good thing to eat was the 2 minute do it yourself waffle maker. Everything else was wonderful and I would come back to stay. Just don't eat there. :-)

The Harbor Inn was a great seafood restaurant and they give you large plates of food.

Nice room... If everything worked.
Shower head was broken, tv did not work. Staff did nothing to attempt to resolve the issues.

I was allowed to check in early after traveling all night. All employees were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and in good repair. I enjoyed my stay.

Good experience
While we were there, we visited family. The rooms and sheets were clean. Noise level was good and we enjoyed staying on the 2nd floor,which was a non-smoking floor. The beds were comfortable. There could have been a couple of more towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. No mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast each morning was very good. The phone in our room didn't work and the tv was a little fuzzy. For the most part, it was very nice and we would stay there again.

Good, basic accomodations
We needed a good value, basic hotel. This place was great. The staff was very friendly. Free wi-fi and hot breakfast. The room was large, with a small refrigerator. Nice bed linens.

A real nice place
It was a very nice all around, probably could use a better shower head. The bed was one of the best I ever laid in.

I was in Augusta for a tax seminar. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was awesome. Normally when I travel, I always take a plug in with me. No plug in was need for this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friend.
