Augusta Trip

Traveled to N. Augusta to to caddie @ Mt Vintage. The West Bank is a convienent location. Close to I 20, and within walking distance to several good resturants (local favorite, T-Bonz). The room was very clean (though slightly dated), availble WiFi, better then average TV selections. The breakfat was lacking selection, but the staff was extremely friendly. Great value, will return if the need arises.

Business Overnight

Convenient location and access. Air was on and room was comfortable. Facility was quiet. Bed was very comfortable, slept well. Freezer in micro fridge actually kept things frozen. Staff was very polite.

Best Deal in Town

Great deal for a short stay in Augusta. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Much better than staying downtown as you're only about a 10 minute drive away with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms and the air conditioner blasts. We stayed on the hottest day of the year and were nice and cool.

We'll Be Back

The West Bank Inn offered a convenient location at a great price. We had a clean room, comfortable bed, courteous staff and a plentiful continental breakfast. Our stay was for four days while we attended a sporting event. If I'm ever in Augusta again I will definitely stay at West Bank Inn again!

great location with price to match

I've been to a few different last minute hotels to visit my husband whos in the army and this hotel was one of the nicest hotels i've stayed at from booking online, the pictures online dont always match up but this one did very well. It was in walking distance of many resturants and stores. Easy acess to the main highway and everything you could possibly need or want is all on the same road. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfasts, free wifi, comfy beds and spacious rooms. the bathroom was a little tight and there was no pool which were the only two minor downfalls. Otherwise the rest of my stay was great and would definitly go back!

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

The river walk is about a 5 to 10 minute drive and definitly worth the view. I spent the whole day down on the river with my husband and it was great. you walk on a brick pathway yards away from the river and there are plenty of benchs and shaded areas as well. although we did not participate there are many diferent things to do such as boat tours and a stadium seated area where shows are put on. It is also very close to a huge strip of antique stores, tattoo shops, very nice grills/bars,local produce stores, and plenty of other stores to check ou on both sides of the road. There is a litle bit of everything for everyones interests.

West Bank Inn, Augusta

This visit is the second time I've stayed at the West Bank Inn while visiting family. This visit confirms the earlier experience. The staff is routinely very friendly and efficient. The West Bank Inn is a two-story typical of small inns built 30 years ago. It doesn't seem aged, the rooms are spotless and fitted bottom sheets on the beds(!). Light sleepers should request a room on the side away from the McDonalds. An excellent value and very convenient.

Great for the Masters

West Gate was the perfect location for going to the Masters. Room was perfect and the staff was very friendly. This is not the Ritz, but I would stay there if I was going thru Augusta on business. They even have a pretty good breakfast as well.

Westbank Inn

This is a great little Inn for the price. I had read some good and not so good reviews,so I didn't know quite what to expect. The rooms were clean. The linen looked and smelled fresh and the bed was very comfortable. the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good and well stocked. You can feel comfortable bringing little kids and family. the rooms also keep out all the traffic noises. we were in Augusta to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Gordon. The inn is about a 10 minute drive away. it was easy to get on an off the highway to get there and back to the Inn. and there are plenty of places to eat right near the Inn. the only negative is I don't believe they have a pool. We will defintely be using this place again.

Very economical and well located.

Hotel was older, but updated and clean. Convenient access to interstate and close to points of interests for tourists. Staff was nice and breakfast was better than other complimentary offers at other chains.
