I initially gotten to the room I seen the door was open no one in the room . I notified the front desk they said someone had been cleaning the room, but the floor was dirty, the handle on the door was broken, the peep hole had dirty tissue in.
Roaches crawling out the A/c and the from the microwave, the towels were dirty and wrinkle. The refrigerator had human's hair in the and the bed was queen not kings size unlike the advertisement of my confirmation paper! I called the front desk inform the staff member of my situation, the lady at the desk issue me another key and her explanation for the roaches was that someone had spray the room early for roaches. She said that during the master's these rooms sold for 300 to 400 dollars a night, but I couldn't see how! I move my items to the next room I tried to turn on the TV, I seen that it was broken and I decided to warm up some food and the microwave was also unserviceable. I got ready to turn on the A/C and I happen to look at the curtain and I seen that it was cover in blood from sometime ago, so I just left went and purchase another hotel! This hotel should be close down from what I can tell or minimum taking off the list for places considered a good deal, by far I was more worry about someone stealing my car or breaking in on me while I stay there never again...
Located off a four lane highway one block from a prison. Rooms were clean and service very friendly and accommodating, but room air-conditioners with the familiar noise, and either old filters or carpet which gave the room a distinctive unpleasant
When me and my family pulled up to this hotel there were what appeared to be hookers in front of the facility not to mention the appearance of crack dealers. We were afraid for our lives and could not get out of the parking lot fast enough. I
would not recommend this facility to anyone!!As far as I am concerned stay at your own risk!!I would never use [...]again, they said that this was a 3 star hotel? What a joke!!
I had a four hour flight and a 2 hour drive and arrived at my hotel at 10:30pm to be shocked by the front desk people telling me the hotel had been overbooked and I would need to call [...]to get a refund. I have stayed at many hotels over the
years but never heard of one being overbooked and from what they told me by 60 people. Of course I got no phone call or e-mail to let me know about this. I was then referred to a roach motel down the street. WORST NIGHTMARE for a traveler. Please do not stay at this place if you want to have a guaranteed reservation during Masters week.
