Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta/Buckhead

One of the best customer service experiences ever!

great staff, many nice extra touches, clean, and quiet.

This one lived up to its ratings. Very pleased. We did not expect the complimentary limo service. A fun treat for 2 preteens. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Very reasonable price and great quality for this part of Atlanta (Buckhead). Only upgrade would be bed size... 2 queens would work better for a family of 4.

Hotel was very clean. Comfortable King bed, wood style floors in hotel room were so much nicer than having to walk on stained carpets of other hotels. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast crew. The made to order omelettes and waffles were a nice additional to the standard free breakfast. Pool was very clean, but too cold to swim in for long. The hot tub was also very clean and enjoyable.

The room was better than I expected, beds comfortable but the bare floors were not sound proof and the clicking of heals on the sealing woke me up as well ask the wedding party in the hot tube. -Ask for a room on the highest floor away from the pool. Watch out for the tube its slippery!

We really enjoyed our visit to Atlanta and staying at this hotel! The staff were wonderful and helped out however possible: the free breakfast in the morning was actually worth getting out of bed for. The shuttle service was also very helpful for getting back and forth from the MARTA station. Also, for the Buckhead location, the price was excellent.

My experience at the Buckhead Wingate was outstanding. I was greeted by a professionally courteous front desk manager who a) Helped me make my restaurant choice (Atlanta Fish Market) b) Offered to make my reservation then c) Invited me to use the hotel's courtesy limo service for rides there and back. While I relaxed before my departure, I was impressed with the well-stocked first-class hotel bar. The proprietor took his time and did his homework in regards to making sure that there was something for everyone. The depth of selection included the five Johnnie Walker labels (including Gold and Blue) and first-class decor to match. At the restaurant, the wait was long for many, but thanks to the hotel connection, I walked up and my table was waiting. After a 760 mile day in the car driving Chicago->Atlanta, I enjoyed the courtesy limo, knowing I could have wine with dinner with little concern about getting home. The next morning breakfast buffet was great. Made to order mini-omelettes, a variety of tasty hot food, and a pleasant dining area...Wonderful. I will return for future stays in Buckhead.

We loved our stay. We were in the heart of Buckhead and loved every minute. The staff was helpful and courteous and the accommodations were beautiful. We did a lot of dancing while we were there at all the hottest clubs. We ate at the best restaurants and had a chance to relax. It was a great vacation.

From a value perspective, it doesn't get any better than the value you get for your money at the Wyndham-Buckhead. The breakfast alone is worth nearly $10 per person. Throw in complimentary shuttle service within 3 mile radius of the hotel and this becomes an obvious choice for anyone looking for a nice stay with great value. The rooms were also extremely nice for the price (hardwood floors, granite tops, etc). I couldn't have asked for anything more from my stay in Atlanta for the price I paid! The staff is also awesome and extremely helpful (special thanks to the staff for helping me recover my misplaced car keys). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a destination for stay to anyone!

Very nice stay, would come again, and recommend to friends. Try to stay away from elevator or noisy parts of the halls for better sleep
