Shopping and dining are close to this suburban Atlanta hotel

Checked In, Horrible Rooms, Checked out
The experience was pretty bad. Rooms were terribly dirty. Sheets weren't changed. Dirty with hair in them from people who slept there last. Bathrooms were dirty with hair all over floor and in toilets. Switched rooms twice, but both were very bad. Checked out and checked into the Sheraton Suites just down the road. Hotel staff was nice, but rooms were gross. Just couldn't spend the night there.

HORRIBLE!!
We reserved our room 2 months prior, but our rooms were not ready at the check in time. There were electrical sockets not working, no facial towels on a daily basis, fitness room wasn't working during the whole trip, and non apologetic employees. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in during any of my travels. I've never received a response back from any managers as told.

Ok Hotel...
My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend. This hotel was overall good. I only gave it a 3* because the Jacuzzi, one of the main reason I picked this hotel, was not working. On top of that, we couldn't enjoy the pool because there were way too many kids in there. Throughout the stay, it seemed like only one of everything was working. 2 elevators, but only 1 worked, 2 toasters, only one worked. Jacuzzi and pool but only the pool was working. If these things were fixed and we went when there weren't as many kids, this would be a great hotel. Also the staff was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great.

Best price for business in the area
This is the least expensive rate in the local area of the Galleria in Marietta. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and the modest breakfast buffet is nice. If you're on a budget and you need a clean quiet comfortable room this works.

Long walk from hotel
For those not familiar with the area just know that you pretty much don't walk anywhere. As with most of Atlanta it's not pedestrian friendly. If you have business at the Galleria and no car stay at the Galleria or the Sheraton.

great couple getaway
staff is very friendly, there's a $20 incidentals hold on your credit card until 4-5 days after you check out. rooms were very clean, had an issue with room keys not working. overall a great place to stay

Short Business Stay
The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. The cleaning service was okay, but not really attentive to detail. The morning breakfast (free) was on the low scale. The TV reception was not good, and the internet speed was not very fast. Overall, for the price, I would stay there again.

Great for the price
We spent one night as a stoppover to Florida. Location was difficult to enter but the locale was good. The associates working there were very friendly. The pool was nice for the kids and the whirlpool was sizzling hot - too hot. Since the locale was off the main street it was nice and quiet sleep. Refridgerator was not cold when we got to the room - little disappointed there. WI-FI did not work well. For spending one night though it was a nice and clean place and would stay again.
