I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. The staff was always there to help with anything I needed, and they all responded in a very friendly way. I loved the location also. I never needed to leave my room with where we were. Everything was within a short walk.

Very pleasant experience
I really liked staying at this hotel - the rooms were quite modern and the spa and recreation area were conveniently available within the hotel. I wish there were more things within walking distance but, overall, I had a great time staying here and I wished I could have spent more time.

Love the W
Great hotel. Rooms are modern and bigger than thought. Everyone was so helpful. "whatever/ whenever" is true. Hotel picked up crutches at CVS after an injury. Definitely recommend it.

My stay at the W Midtown
I attended an event at Shout the restaurant attached to the hotel. My only compliant, purchased parking with this package and when I checked in they didn't tell me it had to be valet, not the attached garage which is separate from the W. That meant I paid double for parking during my stay. Nothing was offered to me.
