Not the best value
The "spectacular" view wasn't so great, the room was comfortable but you have to get an "accessible" room to get a tub and not just a shower. The overall value for what you pay for just isn't there.

Exactly what was expected ....
My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. The decor and atmosphere was very nice especially in the lobby area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated very trendy; however, they were small. The floor to ceiling windows looking over the city provided a spectacular view. We were impressed by the night club at the hotel - the staff was great and the club had a great ambiance - but were disappointed that it had no dance floor. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would come again even though it is more expensive than other hotels in the area.

Honeymooner in ATL
Weekend getaway
My new wife and I went to the W after our wedding as a mini-getaway before our honeymoon, which will be in 2 weeks. First, the hotel staff is very helpful and polite. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a genuine desire to provide great service. They upgraded our room for no extra charge. The room was very clean, with a very comfy king-size bed, and a nice big television. We ordered room service once and it arrived promptly and piping hot. We also had breakfast downstairs at their restaurant, "The Spice Market" the next morning and, while a bit overpriced, the food was great. The hotel is very conveniently located to do some bar-hopping or just take a walk in the park. Again, great staff and overall a great experience. The only thing I would suggest is putting a closing door on the shower to make it more couple-friendly.

Love the W
Great hotel. Rooms are modern and bigger than thought. Everyone was so helpful. "whatever/ whenever" is true. Hotel picked up crutches at CVS after an injury. Definitely recommend it.
