Business Trip
My trip went well, although was moved to a suite with a pull out bed due to overbooking. The hotel was very accomodating given this event.

New Years Eve
TV reception was extremely frustrating, couldn't watch a movie without a tremendous amount of interuptions. The changer was very difficult to work, buttons would get stuck. We couldn't make coffee in the morning, coffee maker was broken. They never collected our breakfast request from the door, so after it was past the time it was supposed to be delivered we called and they took care of it, but they told us to hang it on the door and it was still there in the morning. As for the party we were attending very unorganized and will not consider this in the future.

Westin
We stayed at the hotel for three nights, not a bad experience. The room was small and very dusty like no one had cleaned it for a while. I had to leave notes to room service to clean it for the three nights there.

Long walk from hotel
The hotel was hidden, and far away from all dining and entertainment facilities. I am glad we had a vehicle.

Westin - Perimeter - North Atlanta
This experience was the most disappointing experience that I've ever had with a hotel. It started when we were walking up and there was a crowd of folks standing by the front door smoking and drinking beer. Lovely! Leave your kids at home people. They had a 12 pack laying on the ground right next to the valet. So we then we got to check in. I reserved a king bed and the gentlemen at he front desk stated that check in is at 3pm and that bed type is at a first come first serve basis. If anyone has watched that Seinfeld episode where Jerry argues with the car rental company on exactly what a reservation is, then you know exactly how I felt. Rather than explaining to the gentlemen that "anyone can take a reservation, it's the keeping the reservation that is most important" I just let him know I was disappointed and shut my pie-hole beyond that. It was late and my wife and I were beat. So we go up to the room and try to get a good night sleep only to be kept awake by all the partying that is apparently normal there. Both nights were equally disppointing as far as the noise at 1am. If you're into purveyors and their woman, listening to people partying all night, this is definitely a 5 star hotel for you!!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
CHECK IN IS AT 3 PM BUT THE BAD PART IS THAT THERE ARENT ANY DIRECTIONS SHOWING YOU HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON, SO MY WIFE AND I SPENT ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINS LOOKING FOR THE HOTEL. AND ONCE WE CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL ROOM THE REFRIDGERATOR DIDNT EVEN WORK!!! I CALLED THE LOBBY AND THEY DID REPLACE IT WITH A LITTLE FRIDGE THAT GOT AS COLD AS A 80 DEGREE DAY OUTSIDE! THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. IT IS ABOUT 30 MINS AWAY FROM EVERYTHING IF YOU LIKE DISTANCE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE ICE MACHINES DONT WORK SO IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING A DRINK PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ICE. AS FAR AS RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I WOULD NOT!

Nice hotel
My room in the hotel was very nice. The bathroom was clean, and the shower and towels were very nice. The bedroom had a great view, and a very comfortable bed (which is a rarity for hotels). The room also included a chaise lounge chair, a desk, and a flat screen TV. Overall, the accommodations were top notch. My only gripe was the lounge area on the main reception floor. One night, wanting a meal and a glass of wine, I took my laptop down there and settled in to do some work. After sitting there working for 45 minutes, I wasn't approached by a single bartender or server and offered a drink. I wound up leaving the hotel for dinner.

Not up to standards
Did not really seem to be a Westin. NOT a heavenly bed by any means. Clean but not sparkling. Kind of a worn place. And a room near the elevator electrical closet is not recommended because of the noise. Coffee in the lobby would be nice, as would yoga mats in the fitness room --- there was no place at all to stretch.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was nice. I wouldn't say it was fantastic. It was clean and cozy. It wasn't the nicest Westin I have ever stayed in. It was just a a little old.
