Not what I expected

For a four star hotel this left a lot to be desired. Wasnt any nicer then my usual stays at Comfort Inn. In fact the Comfort Inn I switched to is more comfortable and feels nicer..

Awesome Hotel!

My stay at the Westin was perfect! The staff were very welcoming and professional. They permitted me to check in early seamlessly! My room was pristine the view was beautiful. The only issue I had at all was the distance from the city. There is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Atlanta. If you don't mind a little drive, however, this hotel is awesome sauce. Greatvalue as well!!

Hotel nice - Room just okay

The hotel was nice, but the room was nothing special at all. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment - I was hoping for a romantic tub.

Excellent retreat area.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The staff members are very courteous and helpful. The Hotel was full with a lot of activities and the housekeeping ladies were overworked. Because of this, they forgot twice to leave bottle waters, coffee packs, soap, shampoo and lotion. Thanks.

Quite inexpensive for the location it is set in

Safe and comfortable place in Sandy Springs away from the madness of downtown atlanta. Huge parking lot and lobby was a fun place to hang out with friends

New Years Eve

TV reception was extremely frustrating, couldn't watch a movie without a tremendous amount of interuptions. The changer was very difficult to work, buttons would get stuck. We couldn't make coffee in the morning, coffee maker was broken. They never collected our breakfast request from the door, so after it was past the time it was supposed to be delivered we called and they took care of it, but they told us to hang it on the door and it was still there in the morning. As for the party we were attending very unorganized and will not consider this in the future.
