Wonderful stay
When we got there to check in it was really busy. When it was our turn we were told they didn't have any more luxury rooms with 2 queen beds and I was a little anxious until they said they were upgrading us to a 2 bedroom suite! It was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable.

Good location, price; GREAT people
This was my first trip to Atlanta, and staying at the Georgian Terrace was a big reason I enjoyed myself so thoroughly. I loved the neighborhood restaurants, the proximity to Piedmont Park for running, the quiet comfort of my standard room, the efficient and accommodating staff, and most of all the concierge, [...]. I was too busy before this business trip to learn about the city, so relied on him for advice about where to go, what to see, and how to get there. From eavesdropping on other guests in line before me, I know that [...] tailored these recommendations to each of us after asking questions about our interests and time frames. His enthusiasm for this beautiful city sparked my own, and I may try to plan another trip to Atlanta just to repeat my stay at the Georgian Terrace.

Great time!!!!
I have got to say for a historic hotel, I loved every moment of my Trip. Whenever I stay in Atlanta I will always stay at my favorite place Georgian Terrace. Wonderful staff and great service when I needed it. I was in a central location to go to the mall, out to eat, clubs and to see friends. My only advise is when it is time to check out give yourself a lot of time because that is hectic.

Unbeatable location for the price
We arrived at the hotel on one of the busiest nights of the year. After we parked we went inside to check in. It was beautiful when we walked in the doors. And it was across from the famous fox theatre. The room that we booked was no longer available so the receptionist offered to upgrade our room at no additional cost to us. We were excited. We got to our room and it was beautiful. It was like a small cozy apartment with two bedrooms and two full baths. We were able to overlook the city of Atlanta from the 14th floor. We couldn't ask for anything more. The staff were all so friendly and courteous. I loved it. We loved it!!!!!!!!!! I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I visit Atlanta.

Blew my mind!
The hotel was beautiful. It was located in a quiet part of town with a few nice restaurants within walking distance. I have never seen a nicer view and we only just stepped out of the elevator! The Hotel staff was SO nice to us. We haven't gotten much time to travel much so this was an excellent starter trip. When we pulled up to the hotel we genuinely weren't sure we were in the right place, it was MUCH nicer than we imagined it would be! On our way out the valet insisted on carrying my bag for me. When I said, "Oh you don't have to," it was like a scene out of a movie! He nodded his head and said, "Oh, yes I do Miss, cause you're at the Georgian Terrace." They resolved EVERY issue we had (some noisy neighbors) and when their conference room printer wouldn't print my boarding pass they took me up to the concierge desk and he printed it for me so I wouldn't have to wait for the repair! The room was very clean, and the toiletries restocked and the towels replaced and we only stayed 2 nights! We had a great time at the Georgian Terrace!

Love @ First Site
I absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was beautiful and it was minutes away from anything you would like to do. We were also right across the street from the FOX Theatre. The restaurant downstairs was really nice (Livingston). The drinks and the food were delicious. I only thing I didn't like was the mandatory paying for parking. We had the choice of parking in the garage and pay every time left or $28.00 per night for velet. If you are anything like us and all over the place it is best to valet.
