Great for the Business Traveler
I was at the hotel on business ( buying trip to the America's Mart - downtown). There was a shuttle that ran Morning and Evening to and from the Mart. This was perfect. I loved the excellent Southern Hospitality. Very good Restaurants are located within short walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

Great stay.
Location is great.Hotel is spectacular. Some rooms are huge with separate office space, living room area, kitchen, bath and bedroom other rooms are smaller. They are like apartments.Very impressed with the space. No wireless connections for internet, but there's one internet terminal with an ethernet cable in every room. Our room didn't have heat,so I asked to be moved and was given a choice of rooms.Staff was a little irritated but did assist us in changing rooms. The parking is $25 bux a day.I was ok with it but wish they were a little more honest about billing for the parking.I mean, just include it in the room price and be done with it.The homeless people are all around this area and will constantly ask for money and follow you around so be prepared for that. The valet are very friendly but I will say it was a bit much.It seems they want to help you whether you want the assistance or not.All in all it was a great time and would definetly return.

Great for Fox Weekend getaway
The Georgian Terrace was very comfortable. This room was HUGE! It came equiped with a living room, kitchen,4 person dining table, washer/dryer and large bedroom. It was so large that we invited our other family memebers staying at another hotel over for cocktails after the play. The staff was verky friendly and competent. As a matter of fact, I left a small bag in the room after checkout and Larry in securtiy was great at helping get the bag shipped to me in a timely matter. There were 2 large weddings a this hotel at the same time and not once did I feel unimportant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding
My husband and I stayed at The Georgian Terrace Hotel for our honeymoon. This is the most pleasant and comfortable hotel that we have ever stayed. The rooms were very large and spacious. The hotel has a fitness center, bar and grill, pool on top of the hotel, valet parking, etc. The room service and housekeeping is very dependable and satifying. The Georgian Terrace is directly across the street from The Fox Theater. The hotel was in walking distance of several food restaurants, The Underground Mall, and the Georgia Dome. The roof top has a view that is very mind blowing of the city of Atlanta. The Georgia Aquarium, The CNN Center, TBS and The Coca-Cola Museum were a 5 to 10 minute drive from the hotel. The Georgian Terrace is a hotel that I would recommend time and time again to anyone going to Atlanta, GA.

Great location
The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was spectacular. Everything was very clean. We were upgraded to a suite, complete with walk in closet with a washer and dryer. The location, across from the Fox Theater and close to the Aquarium and downtown, is very convenient. The only drawback is the exorbitant cost of room service. Luckily there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance. You do have to watch out for panhandlers.

Great location
My husband and I arrived at The Georgian Terrace much later than we had anticipated. When I called to let the hotel staff know, they were very gracious. Upon checking in, I inquired if the hotel could upgrade us since we'd had a very tiring and long day. We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and washer and dryer. A bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries awaited us. It was very nicely decorated and the views from the 16th floor were fabulous! Whenever we had a question, it was always answered and usually the hotel staff stopped what they were doing and took us to that particular location. We enjoyed the bar on the mezannine level. The Key Lime Martini there was superb. Check-in, check-out, and the valet service was quick and the hotel staff were very friendly. The Georgian Terrace is right across the street from the Fox Theatre, excellent restaurants, and easy access to all of the interstates.
