Southern classic hotel near Atlanta’s top attractions
Celebrating 100 years, be part of the history. The Georgian Terrace Hotel has been Atlanta's place to be for a century. This hotel hosted the world premiere of Gone with the Wind in 1939 – it doesn't get any more classic than that. Presidents and movie stars have stayed at this Atlanta landmark over the years. Antique-style furniture in all of the rooms adds to the classic appeal. The hotel is on Atlanta's busy Peachtree Street and just a short walk, drive or subway ride from some of the city's top attractions.

Geat Honeymon Start
Great Place from the begining to the end. We got married in Fl then started our Honeymoon by going to see Tom Waits at the Faboulous Fox theatre just across the street. The hotel is very historic and could eploit that with a little more information. Any how plan on getting there by taxi or bus and you wont regret it.We even shared our Cake with them.

Classy hotel not so classy location
The hotel is very nice the style and attention to detail is top notch. Our room was clean, spacious and we had an awesome view. The hotel staff were pleasant and professional. The lunch menu at the Savoy (the hotel's restaurant) was top notch and the tuna was some of the best I've ever eaten. We were there on the 4th of July and most other places along that stretch of Peachtree were closed and the streets were pretty deserted other than homeless people that asked for change on almost every block. Which made walking the streets for other dinner choices somewhat unpleasant. Honestly, there wasn't much to see or do within walking distance due to things being closed for the holiday weekend. The breakfast buffet was very pricey at $15.00 more then the tuna from the day before...I was pretty surprised upon receiving the check. Parking at the hotel is convenient but there are other places that are much cheaper less then 2 blocks away.

Nice Hotel
Hotel in great location. Has old charm. Pool on roof and fitness facility was very nice. Room I had was a little dated. Valet parking a little expensive. Right across from the Fox Theater and several good restaurants. Would recommend. Luxury room had full kitchen and washer and dryer. Needed more lighting in the bathroom.

Great Value and location
The Georgian Terrace hotel was fantastic. My husband and I were on a one night getaway. The room was huge and very clean. The only downfall is that it only has 2 elevators - it's an old hotel. This hotel would be great for business travelers and families too as it has a washer/dryer and kitchen. The hotel is right across from the Fox theatre.

Great Hotel
I can be picky but was very impressed with this hotel. In a great, centrally located part of town. Very clean and large rooms, ours even had a full laundry room, kitchen, and separate office. Nice people at the front desk, and beautiful building. The late shift door man was a bit grumpy, and parking was $20+ extra a day, but overall a nice hotel.

Great Uptown Location
The Georgian Terrace was a great price for size and quality of room! It was very clean and spacious. The room was huge, including a washer/dryer, fully equipted kitchen, king sized bed, and spacious seperate living area. I recommend this hotel to anyone! The only negative comment is that there were no curtains to draw in and the sunrise makes it a little difficult to sleep in or take a mid-day nap. Overall it was great!!!

The Fabulous Fox is a few feet away making it a perfect venue to see a show. Also, there are hundreds of locations to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!

Family Trip
The hotel was very nice. Very spacious room, and extremely comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaints was the area in which it was located. Extremely expensive for purchasing the very basic items in the stores around the hotel. Also, I was overwhelmed with the amount of people walking the streets around the hotel asking for money. Especially the Peachtree Ave area. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and I would greatly recommend it to anyone staying in the Atlanta area.
