First Conference
This was my first time in Atlanta and my first time attending a large conference. I knew it was going to be a very exhausting conference with some very long days so it was a huge relief to have a good hotel to return to each day. The hotel is beautiful, and my room was very small. Seemed very European but was actually perfect for what I needed it to be. The staff was extremely friendly, each and every one of them. I was there for 5 nights and I am very glad I chose the Georgian Terrace.

good location
The location is very good. Near the station and fox theater. However, hotel room wall is very thin and loud voice can be here until midnight.

Needs an update
A nice looking hotel from the lobby, outside, and in the restaurant, but the room was shabby: peeling, dated wallpaper; dirty carpet; older bathroom with cheap and overused appliances. Otherwise the location was okay, a little distant from most amenities but close to the subway; lots of panhandlers at all hours which was not my experience in other parts of town. It was not unbearable (I can put up with a lot), but next time I'll stay elsewhere.

Georgian Terrace Hotel
Visited Atlanta for the first time for a business meeting and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The hotel has a lot of history being 101 years old, but still extremely clean and all the staff are superb. The hotel was walking distance to my business meetings, 15 minutes from the airport, and 10 from Buckhead where we ate at a wonderful steakhouse "Hals" then headed for some entertaining night life only walking distance from the restaurants. We visited the Vodka ice bar and a private cigar bar afterwards.

Guys Trip
We had 6 guys going on a sports-related trip so we got 3 of the 2-bedroom suites. It worked out great cause it was almost like all 6 of us had our own rooms. The kitchen and large living room was a bonus. Didn't eat at either restaurant but they looked nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you can avoid driving your own car - I would. Cabs are plentiful and not overly expensive (fixed rates for trips to the airport, sports venues, Buckhead, etc). Parking was expensive and seemed to be a pain. Plus there is lots to do within walking distance.

Great Location
We wanted to explore Atlanta's greatest attractions, and the location could not be better. The bad thing, one of the elevators was broken, so we had to take the stairs or use the service elevator. Overall great experience.

Great Value - would go back!
This hotel was amazing! It had a rooftop pool (That was open until midnight and clean), the room was very nice, clean and comfortable! We got room service two nights there and it came up pretty quick, hot, and the staff was extremely nice. Free printing, parking on site (25/night for self park and 35 valet/night) Located near fox theatre and close to the MARTA and zipcars within quarter mile. Overall great place for the price and would definitely go back there the next time I visit!
